David K. Cohen is Professor of Education and Public Policy. His research focuses on implementing and evaluating reforms in K-12 education. He is co-director of a national study of efforts to improve teaching and learning in high-poverty elementary schools. A nationally recognized authority on educational reform, David taught at Harvard and Michigan State before coming to the University of Michigan. At the Ford School he teaches a seminar in education policy. David received his PhD from the University of Rochester. |
