Barry Rabe was quoted in an Inside EPA's Clean Energy Report article called "Economic Benefits Seen As Basis For Ongoing State RPS, GHG Efforts." The story discusses the "Environmental Federalism: Current Issues and Opportunities" conference recently hosted by Georgetown University's Center for Business & Public Policy.

Many states are also creating new partnerships, like the Northeast Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, to tackle these issues on a regional level.
