The Ford School defines leadership as the behavioral process of having a positive influence on others, organizations and communications. This short course will meet 4 times, during which students will have the opportunity to take 1 or 2 different types of leadership assessments and then use them for self reflection and personal planning. The purpose of this course is to provide students the opportunity to take a moment to assess their current leadership traits and strengths, and create a tailored plan for building leadership goals and skills into the future.
