Meet-together with Law 844. This seminar will focus on substantive law as to ensuring students achieve equal educational opportunity and adequate education. Exercises will be constructed calling upon students to evaluate differing approaches and strategic decisions to produce meaningful results at the classroom level. Emphasis will also be placed on reaching conclusions as to theory formation and development in public interest litigation. In Winter 2008, this course will be taught by Mark Rosenbaum.
