Ambassador Daniel Shields & Steven Hildebrand, Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army Strategist, Department of Strategic Wargaming, Center for Strategic Leadership at U.S. Army War College will host this policy simulation on an International Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise with a focus on the COVID-19 crisis and the South China Sea. Students will learn through the simulation about diplomacy in the Indo-Pacific and be tasked with using diplomacy to influence language in a simulated EAS Leaders’ Statement. This simulation is limited to 18 students.

Participating students are required to attend both sessions:

November 13 – Virtual, 8:30-11:30am
November 14 – Virtual, 8:30-11:30am
