The Washtenaw County Juvenile Court (WCJC) approached the Youth Policy Lab in early 2017 about partnering to improve outcomes for the youth they serve. The Lab's goal was to provide technical assistance in establishing a continuous improvement process to reduce recidivism including utilizing their existing administrative data.

Robin Jacob and A. Foster will discuss how the partnership has developed since initially proposed by WCJC, the challenges involved in beginning such work, and other lessons learned after more than 8 months of partnership.
