Crain's Detroit Business selects Lisa Katz (MPA '01) as a "40 Under 40" for 2012

October 22, 2012

Crain's Detroit Business profiled Ford School alumna Lisa Katz (MPA '01), a 2012 recipient of its "40 Under 40" award. The award honors individuals under the age of 40 with an exceptional record of business achievement and social impact in Southeast Michigan.

Katz is executive director of Workforce Intelligence Network for Southeast Michigan (WIN), a network of community colleges, workforce boards, and other partners that helps serve the needs of employers by improving workforce development systems.

"I've always had a passion for community and people—and focused my education and career on how to support companies, how support ecosystems survive and grow to create better jobs and employees," Katz told Crain's Detroit Business.
