Carl Simon's work with mathematical models earns him a spot on a list of top STEM educators

Carl P. Simon was named one of the top 25 STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) professors in Michigan by the Online Schools Michigan website, which is a resource for students to learn about online education options in the state.

Simon was selected because of his work with the application of dynamic modeling to the movements of economy over time. Simon is co-director of the Ford School's Science, Technology, and Public Policy Program, as well as a professor of mathematics, economics, and public policy.
