Approach to therapy
Through a collaborative and supportive process, I strive to help individuals feel more connected, self-aware, and motivated. I work within a framework that is relational, evidence-based and trauma-informed. My approach to therapy is largely influenced by psychodynamic and behavioral perspectives and from my experiences as a social worker in child welfare, education and private practice.
Approach to wellness
Movement and connection play a fundamental role in my health and wellness. I enjoy nature, music, exercise, and I prioritize spending quality time with family and friends.
