Matt Doss is the administrative assistant for the Weiser Diplomacy Center at the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. Previously, Matt served as policy director for the Great Lakes Commission. Matt has more than two decades of policy experience, first as a legislative assistant for Rep. George Brown (D-CA), then at Public Affairs Management in San Francisco, and since 1994 at the Great Lakes Commission, where he has served as policy director since 2006. He also has a longstanding interest in foreign affairs, stemming from his undergraduate work at Kalamazoo College and his professional experience.
