Dyanne Vaught

Admitted: Winter 2019

Dyanne Vaught is a PhD candidate in Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan, with interests in international trade, macroeconomics, and trade and foreign policy. Her research focuses on the impacts of temporary trade policies, measurement of consumption patterns and inflation, and the role of intermediaries in international trade.

During her graduate studies, she has completed a dissertation fellowship at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prior to the PhD, she worked at Columbia University as a Research Associate and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Senior Research Assistant. She completed her undergraduate degree in economics and mathematics at the College of Charleston.
