0:00:13.5 RC: So when I first came here, I wanted to specialize in International Policy with a focus on Labor and Migration Policy, but I came here and I started exploring classes, both within Ford and also we have option to take up classes from outside of Ford, and that expanded my awareness of this policy space, and now I'm considering a lot more things than what I knew of before coming here.

0:00:40.6 RC: I feel the cohort size is very ideal, a bunch of 120-130 folks. It's not too big, it's neither too small, and it sets up a very good stage for peer learning and peer interactions where you get to know everyone within the first one and a half, two months.
