Foreign Policy and the Management of International Relations This course examines alternative institutions and strategies through which nations articulate, either cooperatively or competitively, their foreign policy objectives. The course focuses on how complex international issues can be understood in terms of the objectives and motivations of the nations involved and the extent to which international policy problems can or cannot be affected by explicit policy interventions.
