Safe swag pick-up and photo op for graduating Fordies
This event is exclusively for graduating Ford School students, and an appointment is required. See below for registration details and health and safety expectations.

Graduating Fordies: Come by for your commencement "celebration-in-a-bag," including yard signs, pompoms, balloons, and more!
Sign up now for this special, socially-distanced, outdoor swag pick-up at Weill Hall for all graduating Ford School students! Plus: Photo opportunities! We’ll be set up to take keepsake graduation photos, so come with your robe, cap, Ford School t-shirts, etc. if you’d like.
For the health and safety of our community, and others, please note:
- Masks and social distancing are required.
- All students must sign up for a time slot in order to pick up items.
- You may only come during your selected time slot (15 minute window).
- There is a limit of 7 students per 15 minute time slot.
- There is a limit 2 guests per/student, although it’s best if you come alone for this! Those bringing guests must list guest names in the appropriate section on this form when you register. Any additional guests will be asked to wait outside the pick-up area.
