UPDATES REGARDING FACULTY, STAFF, AND STUDENT DEI-RELATED ACTIVITY

Focus on our goal: Promoting an Equitable and Inclusive Climate

During the January faculty meeting, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Paula Lantz, and DEI Officer, Stephanie Sanders, presented results from climate surveys conducted by Ford School student organization, Global Fordies in 2018, and student organizations’ Executive Boards in 2019. The discussion focused on the experiences of international students at the Ford School and included suggestions and teaching strategies to foster a more inclusive environment.

Are you a Ford School student organization planning an event during winter term? Consider submitting a DEI Funding Request. The purpose of the funding is to encourage student-led programming that advance objectives in the Y4 Ford School Diversity Plan.
