New book by Barry Rabe examines climate change through public policy lens

A new book edited by Barry Rabe, "Greenhouse Governance: Addressing Climate Change in America" features a number of America's preeminent public policy scholars examining some aspect of governance and climate change. The book, published by the Brookings Institution Press, explores public opinion, feasibility, and managerial issues around several specific environmental policies, including renewable electricity standards, mandates for greater vehicle fuel economy, emissions trading, and carbon taxes, as well as the 'adaptation vs. mitigation' debate.
