Barry Rabe interviewed about League of Conservation Voters’ annual environmental scorecard

Friday, February 26, 2010

Voice of America interviewed Barry Rabe for an article discussing the recently published League of Conservation Voters (LCV) 2009 National Environmental Scorecard, a report that tracks the number of Congressional votes on environmental and energy issues.

Though the LCV praised legislators for an 'ambitious' 2009 environmental agenda, in this article Rabe explains that many votes were split and the likelihood of sweeping climate change legislation decreases as the November elections draw near and attention shifts to revitalizing the economy.
