Join the Ford School’s associate deans to learn how a Ford School master’s degree can help you make an impact on the public good at this critical time. This session features Luke Shaefer, director of Poverty Solutions and associate dean for policy engagement, and Paula Lantz, the James B. Hudak Professor of Health Policy and associate dean for academic affairs. Professor Shaefer is an advisor to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, and played a key role in state actions to lessen the impact of COVID-19 on Michigan families. Professor Lantz recently led a coalition of health stakeholders in writing the Amicus Curiae brief defending Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s stay-at-home orders. Student Academic Services will also be on hand to answer questions about the application process.
