Join the Ford School in Washington, DC for our annual Ford School event! We are honored to welcome Professor Samuel Bagenstos, who will lead us in an engaging discussion titled "The Power of the Purse in Crisis." As always, this special gathering is a highlight of the winter semester, especially for our DC-area community, and I hope you will join us.
Professor Bagenstos holds the Arlene Susan Kohn Professorship of Social Policy and the Frank G. Millard Professorship of Law. He recently returned to campus after four years in federal service, including roles as General Counsel to both the Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of Management and Budget. His breadth of experience—shaping federal policy both inside and outside of his government—will inspire a lively and insightful discussion.
Following the policy talk, please stay for a reception to socialize with fellow Fordies and network with current undergraduate and graduate Ford School students. As in previous years, this networking reception serves as a capstone to the Career Exploration Days program, organized by the Ford School's Career Services team, and offers invaluable connections for both alumni and students alike.
