Dom Adams-Santos is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Ford School. Dr. Adams-Santos also serves as the Strategic Consultant for Democratic Engagement for the Initiative for Democracy & Civic Empowerment. She earned her PhD in sociology from Northwestern University.
