CLOSUP publishes brief exploring economic revitalization through college scholarships

The Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy published a new research brief called “Economic Revitalization through College Scholarships: The Kalamazoo Promise and Similar Programs.” This brief provides an overview of programs developed to spur economic growth through college scholarships and discusses the effects of such programs. The is the fourth brief in a series called “Michigan Research Briefs: A Series on Key Policy Issues."
