Ford School student Jeremy Borovitz (BA '09) won a writing prize in the 2009 Hopwood Contest

The Hopwood Contest is administered by the Hopwood Program and was established based on terms set forth in the will of Avery Hopwood, a 1905 U-M graduate and prominent American dramatist. Each year, the Hopwood Program awards approximately $150,000 to students to encourage creative work in writing.
