Matthew Davis spoke to Health Day news about the results of a new survey showing that Finland teens who are victims of cyberbullying via cell phones or the Internet are likely to suffer from a range of physical and psychiatric problems—as are the bullies themselves.
In the article, which was picked up by Businessweek, Davis urges communities, schools, and families to "respond more effectively to bullying, whether it occurs in person or electronically."
"This is an area that needs more real-world attention and action," says Davis.
