The German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst – DAAD) selected Ford School student Christopher Crachiola (BA '12) as a 2011-12 Young Ambassador.
Crachiola was selected as one of 39 students to serve as a liaison for the DAAD in the U.S. and Canada. Young Ambassadors help promote study in Germany by inspiring students on their home campuses at study abroad fairs, information sessions, and other similar events. Crachiola, who is pursuing a minor in German, lived in Germany for a year (2009-10) through the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange Scholarship.
