Recent Ford School graduate Chris Crachiola (BA '12) was featured in a USA Today Education article highlighting the value of international work experience to recent college graduates in today's job market.
Crachiola, who just completed an internship in China, attributed his interest in public policy to an internship in Germany his sophomore year, according to the article.
"I wouldn't say being in Germany gave me something I couldn't get in the U.S.," Crachiola said. "If anything it taught me what I didn't like. Politics, maybe, wasn't my path."
The author noted Crachiola will be visiting Italy next before beginning graduate school at Johns Hopkins, studying advanced international studies.
"Every experience you have or language you learn can add to the next endeavor," he said.
