The books include updated resumes from all current Ford School master's students and are indexed by career interest, policy area, and language skills. The books are a valuable resource for identifying candidates who best fit the needs of an organization.
Why hire? Students at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy develop a toolkit of skills relevant to the needs of organizations in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. Students are taught theories and problem-solving techniques for a global marketplace, developing expertise in a number of areas, including: economic and policy analysis, international affairs and diplomacy, program evaluation, and policy advocacy.
Who's hiring? Each year, Ford School students secure jobs and internships in federal, state, and local governments, international organizations, nonprofits organizations, and in the private sector. Students have worked for the U.S. State Department, The World Bank, The Asia Foundation, Accenture, and Mathematica Policy Research, Inc., among others.
