The results from a public opinion survey on fracking from the Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy and the Muhlenberg Institute of Public Opinion was picked up by a number of local and regional news services.
The survey—part of the National Surveys on Energy and Environment—found that most Michigan and Pennsylvania residents think fracking is good for the economy but have concerns about the chemicals used and other environmental risks.
