Jennifer Haverkamp sat down with Brazilian daily Folha de S.Paulo in a lengthy interview to unpack international commitments to climate reform.
In an assessment of the COP26, she said, "It's valuable to see how many world leaders went to the event and stood on stage to tell the world what their countries are up to. But what I have seen so far in Glasgow is still not enough to avert dangerous climate change, but there is movement in a positive direction."
