Commemorating the one-year anniversary of the January 6th insurrection, Detroit Public TV produced a special reflecting on the events of that day and their consequences, featuring an interview with Dean Michael Barr.
"It highlighted a significant set of weaknesses that we’re going to need to be addressing for many, many years to come, maybe even decades," Barr said. "We have so much work to do to try and rebuild the fabric of our society, to help people who have very different perspectives on the world relearn how to have conversations with each other across those differences."
