Nothaft proscribes changes in Michigan auto insurance reform

In the three years since Michigan reformed its auto insurance laws, rates have remained high, and people are asking, "Did it do what was promised?"

Amanda Nothaft from Poverty Solutions outlined three changes necessary for further change to Click On Detroit, including limiting lifetime long-term medical benefits, eliminating the use of non-driving factors in setting rates, and reforming reimbursement of medical costs.
