And what are the threats that our warfighters and policymakers and members of Congress need to know the most about. And that type of activity happens every day. And so these intelligence materials that have been released with no prior authorization are just a reflection of this much broader ecosystem and level of activity. And the bad news is that a single individual on their own merit decided to engage in highly illegal criminal activity to acquire these materials inside secure facilities."
