Javed Ali, TRT World: "As President Putin alluded to, Russia is a large powerful military and it doesn't look like Russia, up until now, has fully mobilized the complete arsenal that it has at its disposal, in terms of manpower, weapons systems, and all these different capabilities. So that may be part of the veiled threat that President Putin is hinting at, but also if we were to see that type of larger mobilization, it would be fairly easy for the Western intelligence agencies to detect in advance. That intelligence I would seem to think would also be fed to Ukraine so they can take action on it before that type of larger force or other types of weapons systems hit Ukrainian targets."
