Alan Deardorff, Ford School professor emeritus, talked on the Big Technology Podcast about a possible trade war under the next presidential administration. He noted that Trump has promised tariffs across the board but that the Harris may also impose some tariffs. He said, "when he raised tariffs on them they raised tariffs on us" under the the Trump administration, but the escalation may be true for either incoming president.
