Shaefer on South Korea's opportunity income program

Ford School professor Luke Shaefer, director of Poverty Solutions talked with Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon in South Korea about their opportunity income program. Shaefer said that Gyeonggi-do’s opportunity income program as “a program that can serve as an excellent model worldwide.” He also called it  "a very innovative policy."
