Ford School professor Betsey Stevenson talked with CNN and discussed the outlook for the economy. She said, "What I see is an economy that has been slowing down for the last year." She said that the news about the economy on Friday was not very big news so she was surprised there was a big reaction. Stevenson also said that the market is "normalizing" post-pandemic and explained how inflation while still high is returning to a normal level.
