In a conversation with Fox News, Javed Ali, professor at the Ford School, offered insights on Israel's current military strategy. Ali stated, "Now that we're almost a full month into the resumption of high-intensity IDF operations in the Gaza Strip against Hamas, Israel's military strategy appears to be focused on clearing and holding remaining pockets of known Hamas elements, which at the same time is displacing Palestinians throughout the territory." Ali also took note that under the Trump administration, humanitarian efforts in the Gaza Strip have yet to be addressed. "That could change," he said, and it becomes more likely as humanitarian conditions worsen.
