Owen is a Ph.D. student in Economics and Public Policy with research interests in tax policy and energy economics. Before coming to graduate school, he worked as a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Board’s Macro-Finance group. He received a B.A. in Economics and Physics from Williams College.
