During this informal breakfast career talk, Ms. Elisa Zogbi will discuss her career in international development. Elisa Zogbi is an international development leader with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of democracy and economic development across Latin America and the Caribbean and the Middle East. She currently serves as a Senior Advisor in the Inter-American Development Bank's External Affairs and Communications Department, supporting strategic engagement and partnerships that advance the IDB Group's institutional priorities and strengthen its relationships with key stakeholders. Ms. Zogbi will participate in this career talk in her personal capacity.

This Aid & Development workshop will explore the role of coordinating across multiple actors towards shared objectives in international development, and the key skills needed to be successful in doing so. In an era where resources for international development have been decreasing, effective collaboration between and across actors towards shared goals has become increasingly important.This workshop will be led by Ms. Elisa Zogbi, Senior Advisor for External Affairs & Communications at the Inter-American Development Bank. Ms. Zogbi will facilitate this workshop in her personal capacity.
