Football of course!
I am looking forward to doing research and hopefully graduating sometime soon.
I'm really excited to engage with other students on the presidential elections and really thinking about the policy issues that are going to affect us in the next four years.
We're planning a whole range of new engaged learning and engaged research opportunities for students.
Our new masters of public affairs program and the inaugural class of amazing humans from 8 different countries around the world.
I'm really excited about the blockbuster launch of the new Weiser Diplomacy Center.
We've got Hillary Clinton, Condoleezza Rice, Samantha Power, Steve Biegun, and Steve Hadley all coming this fall.
I'm really excited to hear them talk.
Well my favorite place to eat in Ann Arbor would be Zingerman's Roadhouse over on the west side of town and to go try the grits and bits waffles.
Looking at a man like me, you'd think I eat out a lot but I try to bring my lunch as much as I can.
The new staff bagel welcome on the 4th floor of Meyer lounge.
Chela's is a great choice for Mexican food in Ann Arbor.
One of my favorite places is just the Jolly Pumpkin on Main Street - definitely get on the rooftop.
Personal favorite?
Madras Masala lunch buffet...
best.
Right down in 1220 Weill Hall.
Maybe going to the Arb.
It's a good place to just unwind, take a long walk.
I grew up skiing in the Alps in Austria and Switzerland, and I really miss it and I haven't been out west yet so I would love to go and ski.
I'd like to be on the beach somewhere, but like nice cool breeze, clear water....
I'd be interested in checking out trade policy and China would be a natural choice for that.
I would love to go back to the Greek island of Crete.
It's a big island, it's full of history, full of green mountains for hiking.
I would probably be at home in bed in Detroit.
We're all living in stressful times, so my number one advice would be to have fun.
At the Ford School you get what you give, so it's really important to get involved with your student community as much as possible.
Really get to know your professors better.
Spend time with them in office hours.
Go talk to them after class.
They're really not as scary as you think.
Stay engaged, come to our events, and volunteer.
Look for opportunities outside of Weill Hall.
Engage with people and organizations working on the problems that you're passionate about, bring your best self, and then bring that experience back to us.
Be ready to learn, be open to new experiences, and do everything you can to use the education you're getting at the Ford School to make an impact in the real world.
