This is a professional skills workshop that will be required for students enrolled in the Applied Policy Seminar (APS, PP578) and open to other MPP/ Master’s student. To be offered each semester, concurrent with the APS. Topics for Fall 2010 will be Project Management, Presentation Skills, and Leadership/Managing People. Topics may rotate based on student/alumni surveys and student feedback/demand. Short modules of 2-3 class sessions will be taught by outside experts. Download Coursemart Audio

Gerber’s research focuses on regionalism and intergovernmental cooperation, sustainable development, urban climate adaptation, transportation policy, community and economic development, local fiscal capacity, and local political accountability.
