It’s possible we may not know the results of the 2020 Election right away, as many states, including Michigan, are permitted to take and will need to take a number of days to count what may turn out to be a record number of votes cast in recent times.

But whatever happens, we’ll all have been through a lot by the time Election Day is over. So please, join us for an all-school community conversation at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, November 4th. While there’s much to appreciate in this cherished right of ours, we also know there has been a lot of discord and division in this election season.  Let’s come together and talk about the election, the path forward for our country, and how to keep our community strong.

Dean Barr will share a few thoughts, then we’ll move to breakout rooms and invite students, faculty, and staff to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, questions, and analysis. This gathering will give the Ford School community a chance to connect virtually and talk through the issues of the day.
