Navigating life as a young professional of color is difficult enough. When you add work, school, and other responsibilities in the mix it can sometimes become overwhelming. Stigmas set by society around mental and emotional wellbeing create little room for intentional conversations on how to successfully support oneself and others. Join the Center for Racial Justice and the Better Arguments Project on March 24, at 4:30pm in a virtual discussion with 6 policy and public sector professionals as they talk about their experiences battling stigmas while sharing useful tips on how to navigate emotions and feelings in the professional world.

This conversation is moderated and planned by Ford student Donovan Gayles (MPP'23).
