The featured speaker will be the Ford School's own Dr. Robert Axelrod, the Walgreen Professor for the Study of Human Understanding. He is a 2014 National Medal of Science recipient and currently serving a one-year Jefferson Science Fellowship at the U. S. Department of State. Dr. Axelrod will share an insider's view of the State Department. A networking reception, with current MPP students in DC for the school's annual career trip, will follow the lecture.
