Join us for a taco bar dinner (provided by Ann Arbor's own Chela's!), soda, candy, prize giveaways, and fun as we screen a special 60-minute documentary about President Gerald R. Ford and the role he played at a turbulent, critical time in American history.

Food and snacks available at 5:00 p.m., film start time 5:30 p.m.

Dean Michael Barr will welcome students, faculty, and staff, and deliver brief remarks about the values of our namesake president and how those values can serve as inspiration for policy professionals.

The documentary was made by WGVU Productions and features interviews with a number of leaders including Jimmy Carter, Henry Kissinger, George H.W. Bush, Ted Kennedy, Colin Powell, and Dick Cheney.

Adapted in part from an influential biography with the same title, written by James M. Cannon, the film was honored with several awards and nominations when it came out in 2005.
