Valenta Kabo

Lecturer III

Valenta Kabo is a lecturer at the Ford School. Her fields of interest are comparative law, law and economics, and property rights and development. She earned her PhD in political science and public policy from the University of Michigan. She also has an MPP and a JD from the University of Michigan, and was a postdoctoral research fellow and program director at the Center for Public Policy in Diverse Societies. Prior to beginning her doctorate program, she practiced immigration law and worked as a researcher for an employee assessment organization.
