Levitsky was in Traverse City to participate in Northwestern Michigan College's International Affairs Forum. He gave a lecture titled "Brazil: No Longer Just the Country of the Future" on May 16. He was also a guest on a local television show, International Affairs Forum: Beyond the Headlines.
