Raimi: Americans are often scared of climate migrants

Kaitlin Raimi, Ford School professor, discussed how climate change communications color how people view climate migrants. She explained, climate migration is "people moving because of climate change," either catastrophic events or slower effects like droughts or heat. But she said, "its often very hard to pinpoint somebody as being a climate migrant in particular because of things like downstream economic effects."
