Sadia reflects on the leadership journeys of students—how they confront imposter syndrome, navigate identity and workplace dynamics, and grow as leaders in real time. Drawing on her experience coaching senior leaders, Sadia shares how students develop resilience and self-awareness by tackling challenges head-on.

A lot of students grapple with
imposter syndrome, navigating
workplace dynamics,
navigating identity
in the workplace,
and finding their
leadership voice,
all similar to senior
leaders I coach.
It's invaluable
because students are
developing leadership
skills in real time.
They don't just reflect on the
challenges after the fact.
They process, they adjust,
and they grow whilst
they're in it,
which accelerates
their development.
I would say come
with a challenge,
come with a particularly
naughty problem,
perhaps a moment that felt hard,
a situation that you might
want to learn to
navigate better.
A prepared coachee
is someone who
is open, they're reflective.
They are willing to try
different approaches.
They are honest and vulnerable.
If you're ready to grow
not just in your career,
but in how you see yourself as
a leader and how you
show up as a leader,
then this program is for you.
It's a space to build
self confidence.
It's a space to tackle
real world challenges and step
fully into your potential.
