Join the Center for Racial Justice on Tuesday, September 26 for our Open House! Get acquainted with the upcoming initiatives CRJ has prepared for the academic year, and join us in extending a warm welcome to our AY 23-24 Visiting Fellows: Moya Zakia Bailey, PhD, Associate Professor of Communication Studies at Northwestern University; Diane J. Wright, Founder of Autastic.com, screenwriter, and media consultant; Clarence Wardell III, PhD, Senior Program Officer, Economic Mobility & Opportunity, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; and Angela S. Garcia, PhD, Associate Professor at University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. We will also welcome our two CRJ Postdoctoral Fellows, Mo Torres, PhD and Kristina Fullerton-Rico, PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This event will be a great opportunity to connect and engage with our community and learn about the impactful work ahead! A reception will follow brief presentations from the group.
