About the speaker:

Professor Primus researches constitutional interpretation and theory. He has a Doctor of Philosophy in Politics from Oxford, and Juris Doctor from Yale. He was also a clerk for Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Professor Primus will be discussing affirmative actions policies and constitutional law.
